Myles & Whitney | Austin Engagement | Moto Romance


This is a pleasure of an engagement session to share. Whitney and I connected on Instagram and she reached out to me to photograph her wedding photos. We clicked right away. I was so happy to meet her in person and be able to get to know Myles and her a little better. Let me just start off by saying, she is amazing! She knows what she wants and goes for it. I love that about her. She wanted to incorporate both her and Myles personal touches into their session. Myles has a collection of motorcycles he loves to ride. I would love to say they are a little combo of sugar and spice, however as I got to know them, it was more like sweet and sweeter. Both of them are so kind and genuine people. Whitney recently let me know what Myles came home to surprise her with his new hair cut! He didn't tell her that he cut all his hair off!! She was shocked since she has never seen him without his long hair. I was a little worried she would be upset or disappointed since its a big change. She said it was such a sweet surprise because he donated his hair to those in need. She said she cannot wait for their wedding photos because now he will look even more dapper! I had the pleasure of asking them a few questions to help us better get to know them and their story. Below Whitney fills us in on the details.

Where did you two meet?

I would call it a modern day fairy tale. We met on Match.com and it was basically love at first click.

How long have you two been together? We met four years ago and we went our separate ways after a few months. However, our paths crossed again and we have been together for two years.

Was it love at first sight or did you have to win each other over? It was definitely love at first click.

Where did you get engaged? Myles proposed to me in January in Central Park in New York while on a walk during the first snow fall of the year. It was beautiful and such a serene setting that made the most perfect proposal.

Please share some details about your wedding day with us! Our wedding is boho inspired with lots of romantic fall colors. We are most excited about the local Austin food truck called The Peached Tortilla that will be serving our guests our favorite food...TACOS!

If you were to imagine your dream wedding, what would it look like? My dream wedding would consist of a beach wedding in Fiji with all our closest friends and family in attendance.

If you could sum up your LOVE story in a few words, what would it be? A laid back easy love that is effortless.
